Reliability Engineer
Xfly is looking for a Reliability Engineer to Tallinn, Estonia.

Main tasks:
- Review and analyze maintenance data related to components and systems.
- Identifies and resolves reliability alerts.
- Performs cost/benefit analysis of reliability improvement options and makes solid recommendations to executive management.
- Reviews service bulletins relating to reliability improvements and makes recommendations on benefits of their implementation in the fleet.
- Supports the evaluation of the non-mandatory modification or inspection requirement against the operator’s/owner’s own needs and operational experience including the risk assessment for the non-mandatory modification or inspection to assess the safety impact for Operator’s fleet.
- Makes provision of reports and analysis of aircraft dispatch reliability and identification of solutions for repetitive issues.
- Develops, managers and analysis reliability program.
- Prepares reports, as applicable, to the OEM, Estonian Transport Administration & the Xfly Management.
Requirements and experience:
- Good level of English, both spoken and written in combination with strong communication skills.
- Hold university/aeronautical degree of aviation education.
- Hold a maintenance Technician license or through assessment of competence prove sufficient knowledge to interpret maintenance requirements into maintenance tasks.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Part-CAMO and other applicable regulations and any associated requirements and procedures.
- Good knowledge of EASA rules and regulations
- Valid EU Passport with the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU.
- Good knowledge and experience in operating computer software programs and handling computer data and information.
