Compliance Monitoring and Safety Specialist
Xfly is looking for a Compliance Monitoring and Safety Specialist to support Part-145 maintenance organization. This is a full-time job in Tallinn, Estonia.

Main tasks:
- Assist Maintenance Manager and Compliance Monitoring and Safety Manager with revising and updating Maintenance Organization Exposition.
- Assist Compliance Monitoring and Safety Manager of Xfly MO with the related quality and safety management training related items to company staff.
- Assist Maintenance Manager building up analysis and mitigation actions towards safety management system related subjects to identify hazards and mitigate risks.
- Assist Maintenance Manager with planning, preparing and organizing relevant compliance monitoring and safety related meetings i.a.w company procedures together with responsible persons and/or authorities, operator representatives or third parties.
- Assist Maintenance Manager filling Management of Change process as per required by company procedures.
- Assist MM with ensuring health and safety related matters are being dealt with in company stations and office premises in a timely manner and iaw effective procedures/standards and regulations.
- Assist Maintenance Manager with processing of reports raised in the occurrence reporting system and related follow-up actions as per effective company MOE.
- Attend to Maintenance Organization Safety Action Group meeting to facilitate reporting review and support Maintenance Manager with the protocolling of the mentioned meeting.
- Assist Maintenance Manager filling Management of Change process as per required by company procedures.
Requirements and experience:
- Previous experience working in PART-M/CAMO and/or PART-145 environment at least 2 years will be beneficial.
- Background of acting as Auditor in Part-145 and Part-M environment will be beneficial.
- Knowledge of EASA Safety Management System processes/occurrence reporting.
- Valid EU passport with the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU.
- Knowledge of ATR / CRJ / ERJ / Airbus aircraft types would be beneficial.
- Knowledge of IQSMS and/or OASES software would be beneficial.
- Very good, both spoken and written English language (very good Estonian would be beneficial).
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong technical judgment and analysis skills.
- Very good communicational and teamwork skills.
