
Logistics Officer
We are Nordic Aviation Group, a trusted Capacity Provider Airline (CPA) group owned 100% by the Republic of Estonia. We operate two successful brands, Nordica and Xfly. The multicultural company has become one of the biggest CPA companies in Europe and currently employs over 600 people from 30 different countries. We have bases in Tallinn, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Turku, Aarhus, Vilnius and Lisbon, where Munich and Hamburg bases will be launched in spring.

Our current fleet consists of 17 aircraft, split between ATR72-600s, CRJ900s, and A320s, where we will increase our fleet by three Airbus A320neo aircraft in spring, in order to serve a new strategic partner in Germany. Main tasks:
Please note this position does not require previous experience in logistics or purchasing but it is considered a plus. Training will be provided on the job.
- Responsible for placing parts and services orders with various international suppliers.
- Arrange transport of parts to and between the company bases.
- Reorder stock when it reaches minimum stock levels.
- Route unserviceable parts for repair. Liaise and follow up with the repair vendors to maintain timely turn round time.
- Update the company stock control IT system for part purchases and movements.
- Support the finance team by assigning purchase costs to the correct ledger accounts.
- Support the airline engineering and maintenance departs to ensure on time, on quality, right price delivery of parts and services.
Requirements and experience:
- Good written and oral English skills;
- Computer literate. Intermediate level on word and Excel. MS PPP, Visio and others is beneficial;
- Have successfully completed high school degree;
- Can demonstrate a positive attitude towards work;
- Right to live and work in the EU;
- Good stress tolerance;
- Good communications skills.
